Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessments: Schedule and conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs effectively.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Behavior Modelling: Teach clients adaptive behaviors and coping strategies through modeling and reinforcing positive interactions during sessions.

• Ongoing Monitoring: Regularly evaluate clients' adherence to treatment and perceptions of progress, making modifications to therapy techniques as necessary.

• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with other mental health professionals, and when appropriate, connect clients to additional resources that support their treatment and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
