Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing your expertise to conduct thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques to individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring that each session aligns with our client-centric philosophy.

• Employ a diverse toolkit of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000, alongside performance-based bonuses that recognize your contributions to the team.
