Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring thorough examinations and support.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups including families, couples, and individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques according to the client's treatment plan.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and information to deliver holistic care and enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to remain informed about emerging research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, many of whom may have limited access to mental health services. Our clients often present with a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will directly impact their therapeutic journey by providing culturally competent care tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical counseling experience is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of legal, ethical, and professional standards governing counseling practices.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport effectively with diverse populations.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies is preferred.
