Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions through interviews, self-report questionnaires, and observational measures.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring consistent support and progress monitoring for clients.

• Empower clients by equipping them with practical coping strategies and tools aimed at managing their symptoms and improving their quality of life.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, predominantly consisting of individuals struggling with mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to $95,000 , commensurate with experience. Along with a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to new hires. Our benefits package includes:
