Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting approaches based on client needs and experiences.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create an integrative treatment plan that promotes holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation and client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while focusing on client confidentiality.

• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure clients are making progress toward their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
