Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand their unique mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring high standards of care and support.

• Utilize a variety of tailored therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address complex issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
