Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering strong therapeutic alliances while upholding professional ethics and maintaining clear boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and prepare for future appointments or potential discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans, ensuring that each plan addresses the specific needs and goals of the client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to best practices for electronic health records.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, spanning different demographics and presenting various mental health challenges. This includes adults facing anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues, as well as children struggling with behavioral issues or emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting is essential for this role.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including familiarity with various software tools such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with remote therapy platforms will be advantageous. Additional certifications or specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or child and adolescent therapy will set you apart from other candidates.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our Fee-for-Service model ensures that you are compensated fairly for your work, with guaranteed rates that allow for immediate payment ahead of collections. Bonus opportunities are also available as an incentive for high performance.
