Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a steady caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, and discuss treatment goals, including appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Complete and maintain up-to-date documentation, including clinical progress notes and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with both organizational policies and state regulations.

• Utilize various telehealth tools and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Masters’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, which must be current, unrestricted, and active.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, including spreadsheet software (Excel), RMS systems, Outlook, and mental health management software such as Pimsy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
