Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, customizing approaches for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and relevant legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies to ensure effective patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and expertise.
