Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, conducting thorough evaluations to address each client's distinctive challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, to diverse client groups such as individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and proper record-keeping.

• Participate in ongoing education and professional development workshops, staying informed on the latest research and therapeutic techniques in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with families and couples, providing specialized care as needed. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the State of Texas is mandatory.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal counseling standards.
\n
• Effective communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
