Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at our organization, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks, including:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations to determine the unique needs of each client.

• Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Providing therapeutic services to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve counseling youth and their families, addressing issues such as behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. You will provide compassionate support to clients by creating a safe environment for them to explore their challenges and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• A current and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses.
