Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to determine appropriate and customized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions individually, in couples, groups, or families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clinical progress meticulously in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to maintain client confidentiality and safety.

• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, attending workshops and staying updated with current research and intervention techniques in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults who face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By utilizing telehealth approaches, you will extend your reach to individuals who may have previously struggled to access traditional in-person counseling due to location, scheduling conflicts, or other barriers.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or telehealth setting.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
