As a remote position, this role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from your home environment while engaging with clients through various telehealth platforms. Our telehealth services utilize advanced technology to create a seamless client experience, encouraging engagement and trust. Remote work empowers you to manage your schedule efficiently within our standard operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to conduct therapy sessions and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations to understand client needs and formulate treatment plans.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans that include measurable goals tailored to each client’s unique situation and mental health objectives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Monitor client progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive care that leverages the expertise of various mental health professionals.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and stay current with best practices and evolving methodologies in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, particularly in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Excellent proficiency with telehealth tools and electronic record-keeping systems to facilitate remote client interactions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing for clear articulation of ideas and therapeutic concepts to clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 , commensurate with experience.
