Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: You will lead group therapy sessions that create a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from each other. This includes planning group activities, facilitating discussions, and fostering an encouraging community.

• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored counseling to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will develop coping strategies and actionable plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to design personalized treatment plans that are both goal-oriented and sensitive to their preferences and unique situations.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track client progress using effective evaluation tools, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborative Care: Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care, discussing complex cases, and sharing insights to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

• Two or more years of hands-on experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients experiencing varying degrees of mood and mental health disorders.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, driven by a common mission to inspire positive changes in clients' lives.

• Strong proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as effective documentation practices.
