Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults presenting with low acuity issues, allowing you to focus on effective therapeutic strategies without the complexities typically associated with high acuity cases. Each client is pre-screened to match their stability, ensuring you work with individuals aligned to your specialty areas and demographic preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• You must possess a valid license to practice independently without supervision, which can be one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are acceptable.

• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and implement effective treatment planning.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.

• Proficient with digital tools and technology as you will navigate a comprehensive digital workspace.
