As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Molina Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring patient progress, scheduling follow-ups, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery.

• Developing and implementing relapse prevention plans tailored to individual patients to support their stable functioning and overall well-being.

• Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients while assisting them in adopting healthier lifestyle choices and self-management skills.

• Documenting clinical interactions and patient progress in adherence to agency policies and healthcare regulations.

• Providing consultations to clinic management and contributing to program evaluation efforts, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
