Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our practice, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will support individuals from various backgrounds seeking to improve their mental health and achieve fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor licensure (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
