Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, developing tailored therapeutic plans that align with their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques, to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering an environment of safety and trust to facilitate open dialogue and healing.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software to streamline client information management.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to improve client care outcomes, participating in case discussions and contributing insights drawn from your clinical experience.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, many of whom may have limited access to traditional mental health services. You will work with individuals, couples, and families grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role is essential in helping clients identify their challenges, build resilience, and develop coping strategies for overcoming obstacles.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, including direct client interaction.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice, ensuring the confidentiality and rights of clients are upheld.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Alliance Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on your experience and the caseload you manage. In addition to a supportive work environment, we provide comprehensive benefits, including dental, vision, and health insurance. Counselors will also receive assistance in obtaining malpractice insurance and client referrals to help establish and grow your practice. Your administrative workload will be minimized through our support with billing and documentation.
