Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients during initial sessions to establish their mental health status and identify any underlying issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse struggles, and eating disorders. Each client presents unique challenges, necessitating a tailored therapeutic approach to best meet their needs and foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid state counseling license is mandatory to provide therapeutic services.

• Demonstrated clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

• Strong communication skills for both verbal and written interactions with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a teletherapy environment, utilizing digital platforms to connect with clients.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
