Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that promote healing and personal growth.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy—tailored to the unique requirements of groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are up-to-date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams—including healthcare professionals and support staff—to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care that encompasses all aspects of mental health treatment.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health care and therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Our telehealth model allows you to reach clients in underserved areas, providing them with supportive and effective mental health interventions tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with various client demographics.

• Experience working collaboratively within healthcare support teams, demonstrating the ability to share insights and contribute to overall client care.

• Familiarity with EMR software and telehealth technologies to effectively manage patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n
