You will have the ability to perform consultations and therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, as well as in-person meetings when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's needs through thorough evaluations and assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques, to meet diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary of USD 70,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses for performance and client outcomes.
