Work Environment\n

This remote role allows you to practice from the comfort of your home, while still being an integral part of our supportive community health clinic team. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday for full-time staff, providing a structured work schedule without weekend obligations. Part-time counselors have the flexibility to create their own schedules, accommodating both personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients, tailoring individualized therapy plans to meet their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, integrating services with medical and support staff.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring up-to-date records of client progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical LPC at Well Path, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family issues, substance abuse, and trauma. Your role will focus on providing compassionate care that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term mental health goals, empowering clients through their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• A valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in the practice of therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services, adapting therapeutic approaches for virtual environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and commitment to mental health will be recognized with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus structure.
