Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical and administrative tasks:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their individual needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, direct care staff, and family members concerning client progress.

• Provide a detailed schedule for supervisors, including appointments, home visits, and other relevant observations to monitor client advancement.

• Coordinate home visits to comprehensively address in-home observations, gather data from chart reviews, and conduct interviews with staff and clients.

• Ensure that treatment plans are executed effectively, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss client progress and optimize care strategies.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to track client outcomes and provide feedback.
\n
• Organize and conduct training for team members to ensure proper implementation of treatment protocols and documentation standards.

• Follow up with clients through interviews, home visits, and ongoing observations to assess continued needs and support.

• Act as a liaison with the broader mental health community to foster collaborative relationships that support client development.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base, including adults and youth who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational and professional background:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
