Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions for a diverse clientele, utilizing various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Engage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinately provide comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is USD 60,000–90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
