Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing strong rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, address concerns, and discuss future appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs, adjusting strategies as necessary based on their development and feedback.

• Maintain thorough documentation, including up-to-date progress notes and client histories, to ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to effectively gauge the mental health needs of each incoming client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is especially focused on working with youth, including children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Understanding their unique developmental needs and being able to engage effectively with both the clients and their families is crucial to the success of your therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Ability to meet and comply with internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
