Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, ensuring each individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct intake assessments to establish initial therapeutic goals and understand clients' mental health histories.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, using evidence-based practices.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation for each client, including progress notes, ensuring adherence to professional and legal standards.

• Engage clients in regular sessions to monitor progress, address challenges, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.

• Participate in weekly individual supervision to foster personal development and clinical skills enhancement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Exhibit a growth mindset, seeking continuous improvement in clinical practice and patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically targets youth experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral issues. The clinician will be instrumental in helping these young clients navigate their emotional landscapes, providing them with the tools and strategies necessary for healthier coping mechanisms and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice within the organization.

• At least one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
