Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of youth clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and trust through empathetic and professional interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss therapy goals, and prepare for any necessary discharge, maintaining ethical standards throughout.

• Develop, implement, and continuously modify personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and client feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes and intake assessments for each client.

• Engage in weekly individual sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various mental health challenges.

• Participate actively in individual supervision and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive support network for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
