Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Barchester, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and maintain personalized, client-centered treatment plans that reflect individual goals and therapeutic needs.

• Keep comprehensive and up-to-date documentation on each client, including progress notes and treatment modifications.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and determine suitable treatment approaches.
\n
• Schedule and conduct individual therapy sessions throughout the week, adapting to the unique requirements of each client.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and obtain constructive feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.

Qualifications\n
