Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a trust-based client-clinician relationship.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, ensure stability, and prepare for appropriate discharge when clinically indicated.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and circumstances of each client.

• Complete thorough documentation and maintain accurate progress notes in accordance with clinic policies.

• Conduct intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish a therapeutic baseline.

• Provide individual therapy sessions each week, employing tailored therapeutic modalities that best suit the client’s goals.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based practices to create a safe and supportive environment where young clients can express themselves and work towards personal improvements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field, providing a solid foundation for clinical practice.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements set forth for clinical practice within our organization.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance abuse issues.

• Previous experience conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and providing direct individual and group therapy.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools for documentation and client management, including basic keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
