Key Responsibilities\n

As a part of our clinical team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, plan future appointments, and determine discharge when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conducting initial intake assessments to gather relevant patient history and make informed clinical decisions.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques to suit each client's therapeutic needs.

• Participating in regular individual supervision to further professional development and discuss challenging cases.
