Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain an active caseload of youth clients, building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and professionalism.

• Conduct regular check-in meetings to assess client progress, establish goals, and determine readiness for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with industry standards.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and ascertain their treatment needs.

• Facilitate a minimum number of one-on-one counseling sessions each week, employing evidence-based practices tailored to youth.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and enhance professional development.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to integrate various perspectives in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is primarily focused on providing therapeutic services to youth, including adolescents who may be struggling with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
