Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LPC will encompass a variety of important tasks aimed at fostering emotional healing and growth for clients:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs, establishing tailored therapeutic plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain and document accurate clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards, and ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.

King Rail Youth & Family Clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical context.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

King Rail Youth & Family Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with additional performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
