Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer a varied client caseload while establishing effective working relationships grounded in professional ethics and community values.

• Conduct initial intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that are collaborative and centered on client goals.

• Meet regularly with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in ongoing supervision to refine clinical skills, exchange insights, and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork with healthcare providers to deliver integrated care plans that enhance client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing an array of mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in utilizing computer systems, including Excel, RMS software, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a strong emphasis on client-centered approaches.
