Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients’ mental health needs through thorough interviews and standardized tools.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and methodologies in mental health therapy to ensure the highest standard of care is provided.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in all client interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this counselor role, you will work predominantly with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as such, you will be required to employ a culturally competent approach in understanding their unique experiences and needs. Your expertise will help empower them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
