Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine each client's unique needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage regularly with clients through individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring the use of techniques that empower and facilitate healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment pathways for our clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our LPC positions offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
