Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and effective individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs, creating tailored treatment plans that promote their overall well-being.

• Deliver supportive counseling, including crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and strategies that empower clients and their families to navigate their situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An independent LPC license validated by the state board in Oregon is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
