Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional ethics while establishing supportive relationships.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions to assess client progress, discuss future goals, and prepare for appropriate discharge planning.

• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with client needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment adjustments as necessary.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively, ensuring compliance with policies while fostering communication within the multidisciplinary team.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a collaborative environment that enhances client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with an outpatient population that includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes children, adolescents, and adults seeking counseling for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role is crucial in providing tailored therapeutic interventions that promote overall mental wellness and enhance coping strategies among our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field.

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, engaging with clients in therapeutic processes.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology; experience with RMS systems and EHR platforms is essential.

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses and participate in a structured W2 employment model designed to support work-life balance.
