Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions where clients connect with one another, share experiences, and learn valuable coping strategies within a safe and facilitated environment.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions focused on exploring clients' thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while collaboratively developing effective coping strategies tailored to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is required.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Strong clinical skills demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

• Ability to assess and document client progress and treatment outcomes effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
