Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and evaluate the mental health needs of clients, using tools and methods consistent with best practices.

• Develop and implement evidence-based, customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their personal goals.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive client experience.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, consulting with peers and specialists as needed to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Manage and maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

In this role, you will support a diverse client population experiencing various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
