Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, using standardized tools to assess clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions that focus on enhancing communication, resolving relationship challenges, and mitigating family conflicts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation, setting clear therapeutic objectives and measurable interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance and coping strategies to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Promote mental health awareness by educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, resources, and community support options.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Adhere to the highest ethical standards and legal requirements governing counseling practice, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Proven clinical experience in providing therapeutic services, preferably in a community health setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
