Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC, you will take on critical responsibilities that shape the treatment journey of your clients:

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Colorado.

• Experience in providing mental health treatment, specializing in working with clients who face mental health or mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• A collaborative attitude, demonstrating a commitment to fostering positive change and working as part of a team.

• Proven clinical skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
