Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, families, and couples, focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy, to address diverse client issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, fostering accountability and transparency in your practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
