While the bulk of consultation may occur online, occasional in-office responsibilities may arise to facilitate team meetings and training workshops.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring that each individual receives tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Techniques may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies among others.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, including doctors, social workers, and psychiatric staff, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions, thereby staying informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

• Actively contribute to case supervision and treatment planning meetings to provide insight and feedback on client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
\n
