Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, which may involve conducting thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client data.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate comprehensive treatment approaches for clients, attending team meetings and contributing insights regarding treatment progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to remain informed about the latest research developments and best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible work schedules, telemedicine options, and opportunities for unlimited earnings through performance-based incentives.
