Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards while engaging with a multidisciplinary team.

• Develop and implement interdisciplinary treatment plans that enhance client outcomes and address various mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele varies widely, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Northbay Wellness Clinic, you will work with individuals who often encounter barriers to accessing mental health resources, helping to bridge these gaps with your support and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling role, with a strong preference for those experienced in clinical settings.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, contingent upon your caseload and experience. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
