Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zeiders Wellness Clinic, your everyday tasks will include:

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions that delve into clients’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to construct meaningful coping strategies.

• Progress Monitoring: Implement various assessment tools to evaluate client progress, utilizing feedback to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You'll work with individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping them develop resilience and effective coping mechanisms, as well as aiding them in achieving greater emotional and psychological stability.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must hold a valid LPC license and possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field. A solid foundation in mental health counseling theories and practices is essential for effectively addressing our clients' needs.
