Key Responsibilities\n

• Compose detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect patient advancements and areas for ongoing focus.

• Organize training sessions to ensure that staff members are well-equipped to implement program plans and maintain accurate documentation.

• Provide ongoing support through interviews, home visits, and observations to facilitate patient care continuity.

• Maintain comprehensive and organized records to ensure readily accessible information for all involved parties.

• Act as a liaison between the organization and the broader mental health community to foster collaborative efforts in achieving developmental goals.

• Assist in creating and refining training materials to enhance program development for individuals receiving services.
