Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group sessions that foster interpersonal connections and peer support among clients.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling to help clients navigate their thoughts and emotions, and develop effective coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and growth objectives.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, regularly communicating about client needs and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 who participate in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces varied mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and transitional life stressors. Your expertise will guide them through individualized care aimed at facilitating recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
