Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to inform tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help individuals, couples, families, and groups navigate their mental health challenges.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to customize treatment for each client’s needs.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for all clients.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed on the latest research in mental health and attending workshops relevant to counseling practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on the caseload and experience.
