Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking support through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces significant mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and transitional issues related to adulthood. Your role will be vital in providing the tools necessary for these individuals to achieve stability and thrive in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A valid LPC license in the state of Tennessee is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of young adults.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in counseling, particularly in an outpatient setting or working with young adults, is highly valued. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and holistic approaches will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
